Terms of Use
Effective date: October 4, 2026
By using the DentalPlace app, the dentalplace.uz website and related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About the service
DentalPlace is a professional community for dentists and dental students: sharing clinical cases, a library and training courses. The service is for users aged 16 and over.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate information when signing up and choose your role (doctor or student) correctly.
- You are responsible for your account’s security and for activity in it. Do not share your account.
- You can delete your account at any time inside the app — see the Privacy Policy.
3. Content rules
You are responsible for the content you post (cases, photos, comments). The following is not allowed:
- Content that can identify a patient (faces, names, documents, record numbers) or material posted without the patient’s consent.
- Gory, frightening or offensive images beyond clinical necessity.
- Material that infringes other people’s copyright.
- Spam, advertising, false information, insults, discrimination and harassment.
- Any unlawful content.
4. Moderation
We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules without notice, and suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. Anyone can report content inside the app.
5. Rights to your content
Content you post remains yours. By posting it you give DentalPlace a free, non-exclusive permission to store, display and deliver it to other users within the service. The permission ends when the content or your account is deleted.
6. Academy and certificates
Courses are provided for educational purposes. A certificate confirms that you completed a course on DentalPlace; it is not a state diploma, a licence or official continuing education (CME/CPD) credit. Anyone can verify a certificate by its number.
7. Medical disclaimer
Materials in the app are for knowledge sharing between professionals and for education. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan for a specific patient. The treating clinician is responsible for clinical decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user content or the consequences of its use.
9. Changes to these terms
When we update these terms we change the date on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Questions: azamovhud007@gmail.com.
